TMC Thanksgiving Music Video ShowcaseFree2008-11-11
Pre-turkey time, the Texas Music Coalition (TMC) will hold their 2nd Annual "Thanksgiving Music Video Showcase" on Tuesday, Nov. 18, at Casbeer's at the Church (1150 S. Alamo, San Antonio, TX 78210), with networking and sign-up starting at 6:30 p.m. and screenings at 7 p.m. (No submissions accepted after 8:30 p.m.) TMC members may screen up to three videos; non-members, one. We ask that you have a representative of your project present (lead singer, band members, director, producer, editor, etc.) to introduce the project and answer any questions the audience may have. Come share with us your music videos, concert clips, home music videos, etc.-- even karaoke! In short, any kind of clip featuring your music on video is what we want to showcase. Keep it short – no more than 5 minutes max and provided on DVD only. All genres are welcome, since TMC's slogan is "For All The Music Texas Makes!" A special thank you goes out to recent TMC member, Malcolm Myler of Backyard Projections (www.backyardprojections.com) who will be providing the screen and all the a/v equipment to make this event possible! This event is free and open to the general public. For additional information, please contact Nikki Young at nikki@primadonnaproductions.com.
